Casa Maria is a 16th century farmhouse in Selva.

The house is comfortable and of highest quality.

The garden is 8000 square meters with palm trees,

nooks and crannies, walkways, garden furniture and pool. Woods and

meadows surround the house. The train can whisk you into

Barcelona from a nearby Station in about 50 minutes

and the city of Girona is about 15 minutes. 

·         There are several sitting areas, most with fireplaces, and all beautifully furnished.

·         In addition, there is a TV room and a large dining room.

·         The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, 2 dishwashers, microwave, espresso machine and indoor barbecue. There is a washing machine and dryer.

·         The 8 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 5 additional bathrooms can accommodate up to 25 people but can also comfortably accommodate smaller groups as the rooms can be made up in various configurations.

·         There is a small gymnasium.

·        Outside of the house in the beautiful and well cared for garden, there is a barbecue area and a garage.
